Life's good for Mac Radner and his wife Kelly till the sisters of Kappa Nu move in next door as their neighbours. As the parties organised by the sisters gets too loud, the couple seeks help from their ex-neighbour as well as their ex-enemy Teddy Sanders. Now being united with the college student, they tries to ride the sisters out of the block, but the young women refuses to go down without a fight.
