Dr Biju's Malayalam film 'Veyil Marangal’ wins award at Shanghai Film Festival

In the 22nd Shanghai International Film Festival, Director Bijukumar Damodaran has received the Outstanding Artistic Achievement Award for the film, Veyil Marangal (Trees Under the Sun),thus becoming the first Indian film to win a major award at the festival.

It is Dr. Biju’s second time at the fest, after featuring his film ‘Aakasathinte Niram'(Colour of Sky) in 2012 at Shanghai.
